If you encounter an issue that cannot be resolved using the guides or troubleshooting sections, you can contact WiredUp support for assistance.
How to Contact Support
WiredUp Support can be reached through the following:

What should I include in a support ticket?
When contacting support, the following details are required:
- Your domain URL (i.e., Company.pipware.net)
- Your username
- Screenshots
- Any attachments/files used
- Additional details that can assist us with the investigations, common details to include are KPI code, Idea Number, filters applied, if any, etc.
Using the In-Product Help Pane
WiredUp includes an in-product Help pane that provides quick access to relevant guidance while you work.
To open the Help pane:
- Select the Help icon in the top-right corner of the application.
- The Help pane displays:
- Context-specific information about the screen you are currently viewing
- Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) related to that area
- Searchable, section-by-section guides from the WiredUp help centre
- Updates on new features and releases
You can use the search function within the pane to find specific topics without leaving the application.
When to Contact Support vs an Administrator
Contact support when:
- Something does not work as expected
- You see an error or unexpected behaviour
Contact your administrator when:
- You need additional access or permissions, or roles and positions updated
