Still Not Receiving Notifications?

Overview

If you are not receiving automated email notifications from WiredUp (such as action notifications, approval requests, scheduled exports, or system alerts), this may be due to a recent change in our email sender details.


As of WiredUp Release 2.11.7 (deployed on 13 April 2026), all automated email notifications from WiredUp are now sent from a new sender address and domain. If your organization's email system has not been updated to recognize this new sender, notifications may be blocked or filtered as spam.


What Changed

Previous sender details:

  • Sender Display Name: PiPware Notifications
  • Sender Email Domain: @pipware.com (or similar)

New sender details (effective 13 April 2026):

  • Sender Display Name: WiredUp Notifications
  • Sender Email Address: notifications@wiredup.global


This change affects all automated email notifications, including:

  • Action notifications
  • Approval and workflow requests
  • Scheduled exports
  • System alerts
  • All other automated WiredUp communications

Solution

If you are not receiving WiredUp notifications, your organization's email system may be blocking or filtering emails from the new WiredUp domain. Contact your IT team or system administrator and ask them to whitelist the following:

Check your spam/junk folder:

  • WiredUp notifications may be arriving but being filtered to your spam or junk folder
  • Look for emails from "WiredUp Notifications" or notifications@wiredup.global
  • If found, mark them as "Not Spam" or "Safe Sender"

Verify your email address in WiredUp:

  • Ensure your email address is correctly configured in your WiredUp user profile
  • Navigate to your user settings and confirm your email address is accurate

Check notification preferences:

  • Verify that you have not disabled notifications in your WiredUp user settings
  • Review your notification preferences to ensure you are subscribed to the relevant notification types

Still Not Receiving Notifications?

If you have confirmed with your IT team that the WiredUp domain and sender address have been whitelisted, and you are still not receiving notifications, please contact the WiredUp Support Team:


When contacting support, please provide:

  • Your WiredUp username
  • The types of notifications you are not receiving
  • Confirmation that your IT team has whitelisted wiredup.global and notifications@wiredup.global
  • Any error messages you may have received
